30-Day Return Window: If you're contemplating a return, please initiate the process within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this period.

Condition for Returns: It's important for us that all returned items are in their original, pristine condition - unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items that are sealed in blister packs or appear non-resalable, special order items, or products that have been opened can only be returned if they are defective. Should your item require repairs and is still under warranty (or not), please contact the manufacturer directly.

Initiating a Return: Before sending anything back, please contact us at triwatermarine@gmail.com for authorization. We will provide you with all necessary return instructions upon approval. Note that returns without prior communication and an assigned RMA number cannot be processed.

Refunds and Restocking Fees: The inspection and refund process is managed by our distributors. They will evaluate the item's condition and packaging to determine if it's eligible for restocking. Depending on the condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may apply. Please be aware that shipping costs are not refundable.

Reporting Issues: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please inform us immediately. Include your order information, a description of the issue, and photos. We are committed to resolving any problems swiftly.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. We ask for your patience during this process.
